Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure smooth functioning of all hotel departments during their shift.
  • Handle Guest Complaints – Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Staff – Supervise, support, and guide hotel staff to ensure quality service.
  • Ensure Safety and Security – Respond to emergencies and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage Check-ins/Check-outs – Assist front desk in managing arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
  • Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Similar Hotel setup would be preferred
  • Strong ethics and work commitment
  • Team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
