Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure smooth functioning of all hotel departments during their shift.
Handle Guest Complaints – Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Coordinate Staff – Supervise, support, and guide hotel staff to ensure quality service.
Ensure Safety and Security – Respond to emergencies and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Manage Check-ins/Check-outs – Assist front desk in managing arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Similar Hotel setup would be preferred
Strong ethics and work commitment
Team player
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
