The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with different departments, and enforcing hotel policies. The Duty Manager will also ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, maintain operational efficiency, and support the management team in achieving business goals.
