Duct Production Manager (HVAC Industry)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Duct Production Manager to lead and oversee the manufacturing of HVAC ducting components. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in duct fabrication, production planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end duct production operations
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure quality control as per SMACNA/IS standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
• Manage manpower, resources, and workflow on the shop floor
• Reduce material wastage and optimize production efficiency
• Ensure follow-up on dispatch, packaging, and timely delivery
• Maintain production reports, checklists, and logs
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC duct/production
• Strong knowledge of GI sheet, fabrication, ducting standards & machines
• Experience in managing a team of fabricators, welders, helpers
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
