Duck Creek Policy Quality Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst with 3-6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of operations and services. Your expertise will significantly contribute to the long-term success of the business. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects, leveraging Duck Creek PAS and other automation tools to streamline testing processes, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction, analyzing data and statistical methods to identify trends and improve quality metrics, developing and implementing quality assurance standards and methodologies, as well as leading and mentoring team members to foster a culture of quality. To excel in this role, you should possess 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, proven expertise in a quality assurance or related role, strong proficiency in Duck Creek PAS, knowledge of TAC and other automation tools, excellent client-handling skills, a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards, strong numerical skills and data analysis capabilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail with a results-oriented approach, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, as well as reliability and trustworthiness.,
