General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of a Technical Manager GDGS  This role will report into Sr  D&T Manager GDGS, in the GDGS team in India and functionally collaborate with stakeholders across the Enterprise teams  They will play the role of technical manager/analyst for the GDGS team  This role will help lay out technical roadmap for the team with specific focus on enabling AI readiness for the team  This role will understand the flow of data across systems, understand the interplay across systems and identify opportunities for automation  This role will also be responsible for defining and driving tools capabilities relating data cataloguing & governance, analytics, and semantic layer modelling  This role will be a connection point across multiple technology teams to ensure ongoing health of following tools/platforms, Key Accountabilities  Define and manage the roadmap for data governance technology capabilities (Collibra, Alation and similar technologies)  Manage the overall strategy for enhancing data lineage  This includes sources of lineage data, gap identification / enhancements, storage of lineage data, connection between systems, and visualizations, Define and govern the catalog compliance program, Understand and analyze business governance needs and support the tooling platforms with various stakeholders  Identify opportunities for AI readiness in Master Data and Data Governance, Mentor and guide the team on approach to identify AI use cases  Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience  Preferred Qualifications  Experienced in driving AI/Gen AI adoption and value creation, Excellent stakeholder management skills and storytelling skills  Should have a high degree of proficiency in designing, supporting and automating complex, high quality analytic solutions  Expert:  SQL  Data Catalog Tools like Alation  Database Technologies (Cloud, GCP preferred)  Data Lineage  Proficient:  Tableau/Visualization tools  Good understanding of Collibra, Informatica, or any other Data Quality Monitoring tool  Python  Knowledge:  SAP  Non-SAP systems (ECLIPS, TOPS, OMP, etc)  Skillsets:  Master Data Management  Data Governance/ Security/Data Privacy  Data Lineage  Data Analysis  Data Visualization  Data Movement  End-to-End Process Mindset  Agile Mindset  Resilient change agent and ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity  Experienced in providing technical mentorship  Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across large organizations  Lead multi-domain/tool scope & high complexity  Lead enterprise scope & high complexity  Leverages experience from past projects and builds domain expertise  Proficiency in Retail domain, either supply chain or commercial
