Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up customer vehicles and deliver them to the service center for maintenance or repairs.
Drop off vehicles to customers after service completion, ensuring all documentation and vehicle checks are accurate.
Conduct visual inspections before and after pickup (e.g. fuel level, exterior condition).
Maintain detailed trip logs and follow assigned schedules.
Interact courteously with customers and represent the company professionally.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving standards.
Assist with moving, parking, and organizing vehicles within the service premises as needed.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and dispatchers for scheduling and coordination.
