Be part of a team aiding in planning, conceptualisation, and delivering project adhering to timelines.
• Coordination with design partners, design development, construction documentation, contract administration and delivery of the project
• Having good working knowledge of Codes and standards & regulations including NBC, NFPA, etc,plan and section Fire fighting layout, Fire fighting schematic layout Fire fighting section, BOQ preparation.
• Prepare drawings, detailing, specifications, and construction documents.
• Production or Coordination of Architectural and presentation drawings for various purposes.
• Preparing 3D views & presentations
• Maintaining Quality Checks comprising Review & Verification in Planning/ Designs / Drawings/ Reports/ Analysis etc.
• Knowledge of Interior Design, Details & materials.
• Experience in Metro / Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
• Experience in BIM standards is preferred.
