Draftsman

We, Lord Krishna Group of Companies, one of the front liners in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Development Industries in Kerala penetrated in to its Business in the year 2004 under its brand “Lord Krishna Builders. We are looking for DRAFTSMAN.

Experience & Technical Requirements:

• Must have prepared 

  architectural drawings, detailed drawings ,elevation drawings

   for high-rise apartments, villas, shopping malls, 4 star hotel projects

Technical Skills:

• Must have knowledge of 

  K-SMART

   for building permit submissions
• Must be capable of preparing 

  estimations

   for high-rise apartment, villas, shopping mall etc. projects
• Must have experience in 

  interior drawings

   for 4 star hotels
• Must be capable of preparing 

  cutting lists

   for interior works
• Must be able to prepare 

  Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

   independently

Software Skills:

• Must be proficient in 

  AutoCAD

   (mandatory)
• Must have working knowledge of 

  Revit

• Must be familiar with 

  BIM (Building Information Modeling)

   workflows and coordination
• Should be skilled in 

  MS Excel

   for estimation and BOQ preparation
• Should have knowledge of 

  K-SMART portal

   for online permit applications

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural, structural, and interior working drawings as per project requirements
• Develop detailed drawings and layouts for execution at site
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for drawing clarifications
• Prepare BOQ and assist in material estimation for projects
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with building regulations and standards
