Role Description We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Ponnani. The role involves preparing detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for projects, collaborating with architects and designers to bring concepts to life, and ensuring accuracy in all project documentation. The Draftsman will also contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar tools Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, along with knowledge of building design and construction standards Experience in preparing design layouts, 3D modeling, and project plans Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural and engineering concepts Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects and project teams Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
