Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Dra Certified Caller. The Dra Certified Caller will be responsible for managing and executing debt collection calls, maintaining borrower dignity throughout the process, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Daily tasks will include contacting borrowers to seek payment, negotiating payment plans, and updating account information. The role also requires collaborating with the team to achieve collection targets and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in debt collection or related field
• Knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP-driven technologies is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of regulatory and company guidelines
• Proficiency in updating and maintaining detailed records
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related fields
