The role involves a mix of hands-on development (6070%) and team leadership (3040%). Key Responsibilities: Development (6070%): Architect and establish base solutions for new projects. Lead feature development, including unit testing, QA release, and production deployment. Build and optimize secure Web APIs using.NET 8+. Implement Entity Framework with Code First, migrations, and LINQ optimization. Contribute high-quality, well-documented code. Team Leadership (3040%): Mentor and support team members in overcoming technical challenges. Conduct code reviews, peer testing, and manage pull requests. Collaborate with client-side technical and business teams. Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Required Skills: Expertise in .NET 8+ Web API development using.
