Dot Net Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Dot Net Tech Lead based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for leading a development team on .Net/.Net core platforms. You will collaborate with Agile team members to mitigate any technical impediments, lead innovative approaches on infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation. Your role will also involve participating in Production Support for incidents, acting as an expert technical resource to others on new technologies and design techniques, and providing support and guidance for quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development team on .Net/.Net core platforms. - Collaborate with Agile team members to mitigate technical impediments. - Lead innovative approaches on infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation. - Participate in Production Support for incidents. - Act as an expert technical resource to others on new technologies and design techniques. - Provide support and guidance for quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Provide vision for effective automated unit test coverage of new and existing code. - Work directly with product management and customer success to solve customer needs for products. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of programming experience with demonstrated proficiency in .Net Development. - Strong understanding of .Net technology, C#, Entity Framework, .Net Core, SQL, OOPs Concepts. - High-level proficiency in performing lead's role. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in an Agile environment. - BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
