Dot Net Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET Core, C#, and MVC. - Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs. - Lead the technical direction of projects from concept to deployment. - Collaborate with developers, testers, DevOps, and product managers. - Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications. - Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance application performance and scalability. - Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Participate in client discussions to understand business requirements and offer technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architecture or lead role. - Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is highly desirable. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. - Strong understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and SOLID principles. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
