Dot Net Tech Lead

As an experienced .NET Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team in an onsite-offshore model environment. Your deep technical expertise in the .NET framework, strong exposure to Azure services, and proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams will be essential for success in this role. You will be involved in hands-on coding, architecture design, and coordination with US-based clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using the .NET framework. - Manage project tasks, assign and track work items, and ensure timely delivery. - Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and enforce best development practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. - Work closely with onsite counterparts and handle offshore communication effectively. - Actively contribute to coding and problem-solving for critical modules. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including US-based clients. Key Skills & Requirements: - Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proven experience in team leadership and offshore coordination. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Experience in client interaction (US clients preferred). - Ability to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram (mandatory).
