You are a highly skilled .NET Developer who will be joining our team with the responsibility of leading a team, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions using the .NET framework. With 2 to 10 years of experience, you are expected to have a strong hands-on experience in .NET technology, ASP.NET framework, WEB API, C#, WCF, REST services, and Windows Services. It is essential to have an understanding of client-server architecture along with proficiency in HTML5, CSS5, JavaScript, and JQuery. Your knowledge in OOPS concepts, Responsive Framework like Bootstrap, and T SQL with SQL Server 2008 R2/2012 including Stored Procedures, Triggers & User Defined Functions will be beneficial. As a .NET Developer, you will be required to coordinate with clients, conduct presentations and system demonstrations to potential clients, plan estimation and delivery, and devise stable solutions for requirements. Additionally, training and coaching employees on improving their IT, communication, and people skills will be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise in Data structure and Algorithms, ability to handle team reviews frequently, and work effectively in small agile development teams are crucial. You will collaborate with team members to develop and maintain software applications meeting business requirements while demonstrating strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Your core responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions using WEB API and ASP.NET. A minimum of 2+ years of experience using .NET Framework and ASP.NET Framework, along with 2+ years of experience in SQL Server, is required. Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of web applications and interpreting written requirements and technical specification documents are also part of your job scope.
