Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
Own the technical roadmap and contribute to strategic planning.
Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices are in place.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and infrastructure as code.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project delivery.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AWS or Microsoft certifications.
