Dot Net Developer

As a Team Leader, your role involves overseeing the performance of your team, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing training and coaching, conducting performance reviews, resolving conflicts, recognizing achievements, and encouraging creativity and risk-taking. You will also be responsible for organizing team building activities to enhance team cohesion. Key Responsibilities: - Timely completion of desk work - Setting clear team goals - Delegating tasks and setting deadlines - Monitoring team performance - Discovering training needs and providing coaching - Conducting training sessions for team members - Conducting quarterly performance reviews - Resolving team members" issues or conflicts - Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments - Encouraging creativity and risk-taking - Suggesting and organizing team building activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in web application development with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WPF, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3 - Proficiency in MVC, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Web API - Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and SQL Server - Knowledge of the .NET framework and its latest features - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs such as REST and RPC - Experience in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming - Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently - Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with business and internal teams - Strong team player who collaborates effectively with technical and non-technical resources - Staying updated on developments in your area of professional expertise Please note that this is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai and requires in-person work.
