Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance the backend of responsive web applications.
2. Perform software design using development best practicesdebug, test, and deploy robust software solutions.
3. Understand project requirements and manage the full delivery cycle from conception to completion.
4. Collaborate with web designers to convert UI/UX designs into high-quality visual experiences.
5. Write high-performance, standards-compliant code; perform code reviews for both frontend and backend components.
6. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely implementation of new features.
7. Guide and mentor junior developers within the team.
8. Document and demonstrate solutions through clear documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and layouts.

Required Skills:

1. Full Stack Developer with

   810 years of hands-on development experience

    (flexible within the 315-year range for multiple positions).
2. Strong knowledge of

   data structures, system design, and algorithms

   .
3. Experience in

   C#, .NET / .NET Core, Azure, SQL

   .
4. Experience with software design frameworks and architectural patterns.
5. Hands-on experience implementing

   AAD authentication and RBAC

   .
6. Exposure to

   SSRS, SSAS, SSIS

    is a plus.
7. Experience with

   Visual Studio, TFS

   , or other version control systems.
8. Working experience with

   CI/CD pipelines

    and build/release platforms.
9. Familiarity with integrating solutions with

   Machine Learning or Azure Cognitive Services

    is a plus.
10. Self-motivated, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
