Job Summary:

LocalAI Media Network Pvt Ltd is building a town-wise AI-powered digital TV and hyperlocal news platform.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong CMS and media platform experience to design, build, and manage the core content publishing system that connects AI-generated content to town-wise digital channels, website, and YouTube.

This is a core ownership role requiring fast execution, system thinking, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop a custom Content Management System (CMS)

- Build admin dashboards for town-wise channels, news categories, and publish/draft/schedule workflows

- Integrate AI-generated content into the CMS

- Enable publishing to website, town-wise channels, and YouTube

- Implement role-based access control (Admin, Editor, Reviewer)

- Manage media uploads (video, image, text)

- Build moderation, approval, and emergency override features

- Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance

- Coordinate closely with AI engineers and video teams

Mandatory Skills:

Backend:

- Node.js or Python (Django / FastAPI)

- REST APIs

- PostgreSQL / MySQL

- CMS architecture & workflows

- Media file handling

Frontend:

- React / Next.js / Vue

- Admin dashboards

- Responsive UI

CMS Experience (Mandatory):

Candidate must have worked on a news portal, media platform, publishing CMS, video-based content platform, or multi-category content website.

Pure e-commerce or ERP profiles will not be considered.

DevOps (Basic):

- AWS / GCP

- Deployment & server management

- Nginx

Nice to Have:

- Media or news domain experience

- Video streaming basics

- YouTube API integration

- AI content pipeline exposure

Experience Required

2 to 6 years relevant experience

Proven CMS or media platform work
