Job Description

SALARY : 8LPA - 20LPA

Must-Have Background

3-6 years in IT services pre-sales covering web, mobile, CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions.
Mandatory global exposure across industries.
Strong proposal writing, capability deck creation, and RFP/RFI responses.
Familiar with AI tools to automate and streamline pre-sales efforts.
Small to mid-sized company background not MNC structures or large-scale teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire pre-sales cycle: requirement analysis, solution alignment, proposal drafting, and presentations.
Work closely with sales, solutions, and delivery teams.
Create & maintain a repository of reusable sales assets.
Leverage AI tools for better efficiency and faster turnaround in proposals.

Cultural Fit

Proactive, ownership mindset, and hands-on.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean team.
Makes fast, fact-based decisions and adapts quickly.
