Must-Have Background

  • 3-6 years in IT services pre-sales covering web, mobile, CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Mandatory global exposure across industries.
  • Strong proposal writing, capability deck creation, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Familiar with AI tools to automate and streamline pre-sales efforts.
  • Small to mid-sized company background not MNC structures or large-scale teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire pre-sales cycle: requirement analysis, solution alignment, proposal drafting, and presentations.
  • Work closely with sales, solutions, and delivery teams.
  • Create & maintain a repository of reusable sales assets.
  • Leverage AI tools for better efficiency and faster turnaround in proposals.
