Job Description

You should have a background of 3-6 years in IT services pre-sales, encompassing web, mobile, CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions. It is essential to have global exposure across various industries. Your skill set should include strong capabilities in proposal writing, creation of capability decks, and responding to RFP/RFI. Familiarity with AI tools to automate and streamline pre-sales efforts is a must. Previous experience in small to mid-sized companies is preferred over MNC structures or large-scale teams. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities will involve owning the entire pre-sales cycle, including requirement analysis, solution alignment, proposal drafting, and presentations. Collaboration with sales, solutions, and delivery teams is crucial. You will be required to develop and manage a repository of reusable sales assets and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and speed up the proposal process. In terms of cultural fit, you should be proactive, possess an ownership mindset, and be hands-on in your approach. Being comfortable with handling multiple responsibilities in a lean team environment is essential. The ability to make quick, fact-based decisions and adapt swiftly to changes is highly valued in this role.,
