Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Donor Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with donors, and a passion for fundraising.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective donor relations strategies to achieve fundraising goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication and stewardship.

Identify new opportunities for fundraising and develop plans to pursue them.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to fundraising efforts.

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Analyze donor data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the donor relations process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and other fundraising tools.

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
