Donor Relation Officer

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing donors through regular updates, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Develop personalized communication strategies for various donor segments (individual, corporate, HNI, CSR, foundations).
• Organize donor visits to project sites and ensure impactful donor experience.

Donor Communication & Reporting

• Prepare and send timely donor communications (thank-you letters, impact reports, newsletters, etc.).
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to compile accurate and timely donor reports.
• Ensure donor data accuracy and timely entry into CRM systems or donor databases.

Fundraising Support

• Support the fundraising team in identifying new funding opportunities and donor prospects.
• Assist in proposal writing, donor presentations, and impact documentation.
• Collaborate with the communications team for donor-specific campaigns and online giving initiatives.

Events & Stewardship

• Organize donor appreciation events, webinars, and project showcases.
• Represent Sevalaya at networking events and public forums to build the organization’s visibility and goodwill.
