Review Domino application inventory and assign ownership
Ensure the scanning tool functions correctly and address errors
Ensure the Domino tool feeds data accurately into the PowerBI dashboard
Manage Central Repository of inventory of to be demised Applications
Collaborate with HSBC Storage team for Enterprise Vault space allocation
Work with regional Domino support teams for cleanup in regulated countries
Implement the consolidation plan seamlessly without affecting endusers
Assess Domino environment capacity and develop a consolidation plan
