Role Overview

Healthcare Process team

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
as per business requirements
Book appointments
for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail.

NOTE: CANDIDATES ABOVE OR EQUAL TO THE AGE OF 30 ARE NOT ELIGILBLE.

Work Schedule

5-day working
with
2 split week offs
Rotational shifts for male employees
Day rotational shifts for female employees
No cab facility provided

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification:
10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
Strong communication skills in
English (mandatory)
Knowledge of
regional languages

Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Gujrati
is preferred
