We are seeking a motivated Domestic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for various positions using different recruitment methods.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
