A Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

FRESHER CAN APPLY WITH ANY GRADUATE DEGREE
Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service / BPO / call center (voice or non-voice)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and ability to work with CRM tools
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Patience and empathy toward customers
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Availability: Flexible for rotational shifts (if required)
