Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent, including passive candidates. Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source candidates. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, technical abilities, and interest in the position. Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments or tests when necessary. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics. Preferred candidate profile : - Openings are at our east Mumbai office (East Andheri) - Must have experience majorly into C2H Hiring. - Have experience working mostly with implementation partners. - Well versed with IT Technologies.
