Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and checks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Interaction with panels: Interacting with panel members to check their availability and provide the slots to team
  • Offer Management: Work on offer process after selection along with documentation process.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and client management roles.
  • Experience working in Fulltime and contract requirements.

  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards.
