Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Requirements: 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience in the domestic market. Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends. Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
