As a Domestic Data Entry Operator Trainer at Jetsmart IT Services, you will play a pivotal role in equipping individuals with the skills necessary to excel in the data entry domain. Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
- Develop a structured and up-to-date curriculum for data entry training programs.
- Create instructional materials, presentations, and training manuals.

Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and lectures for aspiring data entry operators.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns.

Practical Training:
- Organize practical exercises and simulations to enhance trainees’ data entry skills.
- Oversee data entry projects to ensure trainees apply their knowledge effectively.

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop assessments and quizzes to measure trainees’ understanding of the material.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in data entry techniques and tools.
- Update training materials and programs accordingly to ensure relevance.

Mentorship:

Qualification

Any graduate with a Diploma in Computer science / Technology, Software
Competencies- MS Office, Adobe, Acrobat
2 Years of Industry Experience in the Data Entry Process / Data entry
+2 Years of Teaching Experience.
