Key Responsibilities
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Design end-to-end AI architecture tailored to telecom services business functions (e.g., Service assurance, Orchestration and Fulfilment).
- Define data strategy and AI workflows including Inventory Model, ETL, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and frameworks suited for telecom-scale workloads for development and testing of Inventory services solutions
- Work closely with telecom network experts and Architects to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security in AI systems across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor AI developers
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 10+ years' experience in AI/ML design and deployment with a Graduation or equivalent degree.
- Practical Experience on AI/ML techniques and scalable architecture design for telecom operations, inventory management, and ETL.
- Exposure to data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop), model orchestration (Kubeflow, MLflow), and cloud-native deployment (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML).
- Proficient in programming (Python, Java) and DevOps/MLOps best practices.
It will be nice if you had:
- Worked with any of the LLM models (llama family) and LLM agent frameworks like LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen
- Familiarity with telecom protocols, OSS/BSS platforms, 5G architecture, and NFV/SDN concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
