Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Documentation Writer. The Documentation Writer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating technical documentation related to our Data Fabric platform. This includes user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure the documentation meets the needs of end-users and is in line with industry best practices. Qualifications Technical Writing and Documentation skills Experience in creating user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation Ability to collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and data management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Markdown, AsciiDoc, DITA, Confluence) Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field Experience with AI models and Data Lakes is a plus Show more Show less
