Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, improving processes, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. The role involves analytical tasks, monitoring operations metrics, and providing exceptional customer service.
