• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Management, Environment, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 3–6 years of experience in documentation, reporting, or communication for infrastructure or social development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized repositories of project documents, reports, and guidelines.
• Capture success stories, best practices, and key learnings for institutional use.
• Prepare policy briefs, training materials, and communication outputs.
• Support project reporting and knowledge-sharing activities across teams.
