Within the consult business, you will utilize leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Organize internal and external meetings, presentations, documents, equipment, and refreshments as needed. - Assist the commercial team with contracts and bids. - Order office stationery and PPE, ensuring office maintenance within H&S standards and testing. - Maintain electronic file sharing systems like SharePoint and Aconex; administer user access permissions. - Manage system processes, quality check new documents, and create/update distribution groups for information flow. - Maintain project work package matrix, assign documents, and run in-app reports. - Ensure key processes like the RFI process adhere to procedures. - Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and proactively manage associated carbon emissions during work delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Any relevant degree. - Experience in the relevant field.
