As a Document Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining all project documents in an organized and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all documentation meets compliance standards and regulations, coordinating with internal teams to collect and distribute documents, tracking revisions and updates, and maintaining accurate records of all changes. Additionally, you will be required to perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity, assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, and provide training and support to team members on document control processes and procedures. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders will also be essential to ensure smooth document flow.
