Document Control Support 2

As a Document Engineer at Emerson, you will play a crucial role in the Project Management Organization by taking ownership of project documentation from the awarded stage to final submission. You will collaborate with various stakeholders globally to ensure timely submission of all documents and approvals in alignment with the Emerson Document Deliverable Index (EDDI). Your responsibilities will include maintaining detailed status of documents in EDDI/VDRL, ensuring on-time submission and storage of documents, reviewing technical files, managing document transmittals, resolving customer comments, and providing project document status reports. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of project documentation from awarded stage to final submission - Collaborate with stakeholders for timely submission and approvals as per EDDI - Maintain detailed status of documents in EDDI/VDRL - Ensure timely submission, storage, and review of technical files - Manage document transmittals and resolve customer comments - Provide project document status reports to customers and project managers Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering or any other relevant field - Good communication skills in English - Proficiency in MS Office Tools - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Strong organizational and detail orientation skills - Ability to comprehend technical details and work in a team environment In this role, you must be an active learner who can handle fast-paced and unexpected situations with critical thinking.
