Key Responsibilities Introduce Ganaa’s services and referral process to doctors Onboard new and engage existing referring doctors Expand network across Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, and Physicians Organize doctor engagement and networking events Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Experience in healthcare would be preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and meet targets KPIs Number of qualified leads generated Lead-to-admission conversion rate New referring specialists onboarded (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Gastroenterologists, etc.)  About Ganaa Ganaa is a mental health and de-addiction rehabilitation chain with 4 centers in Delhi NCR and Goa.
