Doctor Outreach Executive

You will be representing Ganaa, a mental health and de-addiction rehabilitation chain with 4 centers in Delhi NCR and Goa. Your role will involve introducing Ganaa's services and referral process to doctors, onboarding new and engaging existing referring doctors, and expanding the network across various medical specialties such as Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, and Physicians. One of the key aspects of your responsibilities will include organizing doctor engagement and networking events to enhance the reach and impact of Ganaa's services. It is essential to have proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in healthcare would be preferred, along with strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with referring specialists and achieving the desired outcomes. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating the ability to meet targets effectively. Key performance indicators for this role include the number of qualified leads generated, lead-to-admission conversion rate, and the successful onboarding of new referring specialists from different medical backgrounds. Your contribution to these KPIs will play a significant role in driving the growth and success of Ganaa as a trusted haven for recovery.,
