Are you great at building professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers? Do you have strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology? 💬
Join our growing international healthcare support team and work closely with U.S. & Canadian healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients (U.S. & Canada)
✅ Coordinate with doctors across specialties – Cardiology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics & more
✅ Support care coordination, patient communication, and follow-ups
✅ Represent our organization in professional client discussions
✅ Work across EST & PST time zones for seamless support
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Prior experience engaging with healthcare providers/clinics
✔️ Strong understanding of medical terminology
✔️ Organizational and multitasking skills
✔️ Familiarity with healthcare workflows or EHR systems is a plus
