Position Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Department: Medical / Clinical Services Reports To: Medical Superintendent / Head – Clinical Services Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical support, attend to patient needs, and ensure smooth functioning of healthcare services. The RMO will be responsible for assisting consultants, handling emergencies, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day patient care under the guidance of consultants. Attend to patient admissions, routine check-ups, and follow-up care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform necessary interventions. Monitor vital signs, clinical progress, and treatment response. Administer medications and procedures as per prescriptions. Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical teams for patient management. Maintain accurate case sheets, discharge summaries, and medical records. Assist during surgeries/procedures and ensure pre/post-operative care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and statutory regulations. Qualifications & Skills: MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory). Valid registration with Karnataka Medical Council / Medical Council of India. 1–5 years of experience as RMO / Duty Doctor (freshers with internship can apply). Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in emergency situations. Excellent communication and patient-handling skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
