Job Description

Role Overview

full-office role

Key Responsibilities

1) Core Application Support

Own incident lifecycle: log, triage, and resolve issues (e.g., order failures, login issues, data mismatches).
Meet defined SLAs (e.g., P1 resolution 2 hours).
Perform RCA, drive closure of recurring issues, and define workarounds/permanent fixes.
Manage onboarding/offboarding of distributors / CSOs; ensure accurate access & permissions.

2) UAT & Feature Rollouts

Support UAT: execute test scenarios, document defects, validate fixes.
Collaborate with Product & L2 teams on feature launches.
Lead post-release monitoring and rapid stabilization.

3) User Adoption & Training

Track usage; identify inactive / low-usage users and intervene proactively.
Conduct remote or onsite training sessions for distributors / field teams.
Publish adoption dashboards (logins, orders, issues), highlight bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.

4) Business & Operational Support

Monitor primary & secondary order trends; escalate anomalies.
Publish daily/weekly reports:
Order / sales summary Field performance insights
Participate in daily business/product reviews; communicate incident & adoption updates.

Required Skills

Strong ownership mindset; ability to operate independently.
Structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication with business, product, and technical teams.
Ability to work in ambiguity and prioritize under pressure.
Experience with DMS / sales systems preferred.
Proficiency in Excel / dashboards for reporting.
