Divisional Risk and Control Analyst, AVP

Role Overview: You will be working as a Divisional Risk and Control Analyst, AVP within the Infrastructure Chief Operating Office (COO) in Pune, India. Your role will involve providing risk, control, and regulatory oversight within the Technology and Infrastructure organization. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Control Testing in line with Control Testing methodology/minimum standard - Identify control deficiencies, risks related to elements of controls, agree findings with stakeholders, and escalate potential issues - Prepare Control Testing workpapers, reports detailing testing results, findings with highest quality - Track Control Testing identified findings and perform required follow-up - Contribute to the development and execution of the annual control assurance plan - Consider regulatory and internal firm policy requirements for control testing - Drive Annual Control Test Plan governance activities and monitor adherence to standards - Support, manage Control Testing vendor resources and track testing related effort/budget - Build and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders Qualifications Required: - University degree preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related subject - Professional/industry recognized qualifications e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC are beneficial - Experience in Cloud Security audit/testing, GCP (Google Cloud Platforms) or Professional/industry recognized qualifications e.g., CCSP, CCSK - Knowledge of auditing IT application controls and IT risk management - Understanding of regulations governing financial institutions and Compliance and AFC topics - Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and project management skills - Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize workload, and articulate control deficiencies and related risks clearly Additional Company Details: The company promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to excel together.
