Division Head - Plasticizer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior leader to head our newly launched plasticizer division with full P&L responsibility, operational control, sales responsibility and raw material procurement and monitoring of production costs. The candidate will drive end-to-end execution from plasticizer manufacturing to market expansion into different categories of plasticizers like DOP, DIMP, DOTP, DBP, DBHP, TOTM and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plasticizers production, commercial integration and scale up of new products.
• Drive B2B sales across flexible PVC industries, cable industries, PVC flooring industries and other mainstream application industries for plasticizers.
• Manage technical trials, customers onboarding and bulk order processing for overseas production planning, plant operations, QCs, raw material pricing and planning.
• Strong exposure to production processes in plasticizers portfolio.
• Overall operational management of all divisions of plant.
• Build and lead a high performing commercial and technical team and participate in exhibitions and raw material sourcing platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in plasticizer production and technical B2B sales.
• In-depth exposure to plasticizer manufacturing processes, plant operations, and product development.
• Proven leadership capabilities with cross-functional team management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel and engage in domestic/international market expansion initiatives.

Education:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; MBA is a plus.
