Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for collections, recovery, collection management, debt management, and recovery management.
Oversee daily operations to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates and increase recoveries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8-10 years of experience in NBFC industry with expertise in collections, recovery, collection management, debt management, and recovery management.
Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to debt collection.
