Division Head - Heat Exchanger and Blower division

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve division targets in sales, revenue and profitability

2. Full P&L responsibilities for the heat exchanger and blower division

3. Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets and strategic partnership

4. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and business plans aligning with organizational goals

5. Lead and drive sales and marketing team to achieve sales target for Heat exchanger and Blower division

6. Formulate and execute Go-to-market strategies, pricing policies and customer acquisition plans

7. Coordinate with design, production and project teams to ensure timely project execution

8. Lead, mentor and develop a high performance sales and technical team

9. Provide market feedbacks to the leadership team to shape future product development and strategies

10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences

Key Skills

1. Strong techno-commercial acumen with experience in sales, marketing and P&L management.

2. Excellent leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills

3. Ability to drive growth initiative and manage cross functional teams.

4. Strong coordination, communication and documentation skills

5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyunder tight deadlines

6. Experience in dealing with OEM's, EPC's and end-users across various industries.

Essential:

B.E / M.E in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering

Min 3 years-Max 10 years of experience

Preferred:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Heat exchanger/ Blower/ Industrial equipment industry.

At least 3 years of leadership experience in handling business units or profit centers

Yearly CTC:

Depends on relevant experience. No bar for right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
