Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Manager based in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The District Manager will oversee daily operations within the district, manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
