Role Overview

The District President acts as the senior representative of CWED at the district level, responsible for managing district-wide programs, strengthening women empowerment initiatives, and coordinating all field teams within the district.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CWED operations, activities, and campaigns across the district
• Supervise District Coordinators, Block Coordinators, and Ward Leaders
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate women empowerment programs
• Build partnerships with local institutions, NGOs, and government bodies
• Conduct field visits and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives
• Organize awareness camps, training sessions, and community outreach
• Prepare district-level progress reports

✅ 2. District Coordinator (Zila Coordinator)

Position Type: Field Coordination / Volunteer-based
Location: District Level

Role Overview

The District Coordinator assists the District President in implementing programs, supervising block teams, and ensuring smooth coordination between district and block units.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between district and block units
• Assist in planning district-level campaigns
• Ensure timely reporting from all blocks
• Conduct training for Block Coordinators
• Organize meetings and maintain documentation
• Support monitoring and evaluation of field activities

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination ability
• Ability to travel across blocks
• Basic data collection & reporting skills
• Public relations and event management skills

✅ 3. Block Coordinator (Block Prabhari / Block Co-ordinator)

Position Type: Field Outreach / Volunteer-based
Location: Block Level

Role Overview

The Block Coordinator manages CWED activities at the block level and serves as a link between district and ward teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all CWED initiatives within the block
• Supervise Ward Leaders and mobilize local communities
• Conduct field visits, training, and awareness programs
• Identify local issues related to education, health, livelihood, or safety
• Submit block-level reports to the District Coordinator

Required Skills

• Strong local communication skills
• Ability to motivate and guide ward-level volunteers
• Knowledge of block-level geography and social issues
• Basic documentation and community mobilization skills

✅ 4. Ward Incharge (Ward Prabhari)

Position Type: Community-level Leadership / Volunteer-based
Location: Ward Level

Role Overview

The Ward Incharge is responsible for executing CWED programs at the grassroots level and directly engaging with community members.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement programs at ward/village level
• Conduct door-to-door awareness and women outreach
• Support women in accessing education, health services & livelihood programs
• Report community needs and challenges to Block Coordinator
• Organize small meetings, awareness camps & mobilization drives
