Distributor

A Distributor is responsible for purchasing products from manufacturers or suppliers and selling them to retailers, wholesalers, or end customers. The role focuses on managing inventory, ensuring product availability in the market, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities:Purchase products in bulk from manufacturers or suppliers. Distribute and deliver goods to retailers, wholesalers, or business partners. Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely product supply. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Manage logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations efficiently. Ensure proper billing, payment collection, and credit management. Promote new products and schemes provided by the company. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support. Prepare sales reports and communicate market feedback to the company. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience in distribution, sales, or logistics. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management. Basic financial and accounting knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office or ERP software. Ability to manage multiple clients and regions efficiently.
